How do I know if I am making a secure purchase?

How do I know if my order is actually being delivered?
On the “about us” and also on the contact page you will find our company details, including the registration number at the Chamber of Commerce, our VAT number and our telephone number. We are also affiliated with the highest webshop inspection agency: Webshop Keurmerk and the Netherlands ICT guarantee.
How long is my reflection time?
Coolgods works strictly in accordance with the guidelines for “Distance Selling”, including a 30-day cooling-off period.
How can I pay?
We offer various secure payment options, such as: Ideal, PayPal, AfterPay, Credit card and Bank transfer.All payments are encrypted via SSL and checked by MultiSafePay.
How is my order shipped?
Coolgods sends all packages via DPD. Shipping your order at Coolgods is always free!
Availability of products?
Products that are in stock are sent the same day if they are ordered before 3 pm. After you have placed an order, you can easily follow its status by logging in to “My account”. We process the following steps during the processing of your order:
Product in stock:
The products from your order are in stock and are sent immediately
Available via reorder:
The products from your order are on their way to our warehouse. Upon arrival, the order is collected and made ready for dispatch. You will then receive an email with a shipment update.
Waiting for inspection service:
Items that you have sent back have been received in our warehouse.Our service department performs a check, after which the return is processed and completed.
Completed:
The order is on your way or picked up by you. You will receive a tracking number of the package via email.

Do you also ship to Belgium?
Shipping to Belgium is no problem, this is provided by DPD and is completely free for every order!
