If you place an order before 3 pm, it will be sent the same day, unless specifically stated otherwise. After the order has been shipped, the estimated arrival time is determined based on the chosen shipping method. Orders placed after 3 pm are not guaranteed to be shipped on the same day, but Coolgods will do its utmost to ship your order the same day. You will receive the status of your order together with the package tracking number via e-mail from us.

At Coolgods you can pay in different ways. Most payments are processed safely and quickly by MultiSafepay. Coolgods accepts the following payment methods:

You can pay the order directly in the online shop with iDEAL. This means that you pay the total order amount when placing the order online via your own bank environment. A major advantage of this is that we deliver all the items in stock immediately. Ordered today before 15:00 is delivered tomorrow! Items that are not in stock will be sent to you free of charge by us.

If you use internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank and Triodos Bank, you can easily use iDEAL. You click the article in the shopping cart. If you have everything you would like to order, you choose to pay with iDEAL and select your bank. After this you will be redirected to your own internet banking environment, where the payment is ready. Enter the missing information and make a payment. All iDEAL payment for Coolgods are handled by MultiSafePay. The amount is directly debited from the selected account by MultiSafePay for Coolgods. Coolgods will then automatically receive a message that the order has been paid. Coolgods will ensure that your order is processed and shipped immediately!

First receive, view and then pay. With Coolgods it is also possible to pay afterwards via Pay with Pay After Delivery. The minimum amount to be able to use this form of payment afterwards is € 15.00.

Coolgods sends your order immediately and you pay securely afterwards and choose when you want to pay. After the delivery of the order you have at least 14 days to pay.

If you choose the prepay option you will receive in the confirmation email of your order with instructions to make the prepayment. As soon as you have received this message from MultiSafePay, our payment merchant, we will process and ship your order.

If you choose to transfer directly to our account number, please state the order number. Bank transfers are checked every morning. If you pay via Rabobank, the amount will be credited directly to us. Let us know if you have made a transfer and we will keep an eye on this and can therefore quickly process your order and send it the same day.

From Belgium you can pay your order directly with MrCash. The advantage of this is that we can process your order immediately. Of course you can also pay by bank transfer. With this payment method it takes on average 1 to 2 business days before we receive your payment.
