Shipping & delivery

1. Shipping your order

Coolgods take the greatest care of packages. We ship in our own branded, solid packaging. All packages are sent for free via DPD for each order.

Orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) will be sent on the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm do not have the guarantee that they will be sent the same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoons after 3 PM will be sent the following Monday.

When ordering, you can indicate in the comment field when you want the order delivered. In stock you can expect the next day at home. Even if a part of the order is not immediately available, the items in stock are already sent. You will automatically receive an e-mail message about articles that are not in stock. You will receive an order confirmation from us stating the delivery date of the items.

2. Pick up

If you live in the area of Maarheeze (Weert / Eindhoven) you can of course also come and collect your order. Please indicate this in the ordering process so that we can take this into account and make an appointment with you so that your order is ready when you arrive. Pay attention! You cannot pin, so please pay in advance or otherwise in cash. Thank you in advance for that. 3. Check order / history

Coolgods will send your order placed before 3 p.m. the same day unless specifically stated otherwise. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are not guaranteed for same-day shipping, but Coolgods will do its utmost to ship your order the same day. The status of the order is then confirmed to you by e-mail. If you want to view your order (s), you can easily log in via your own account where you can view current or already delivered orders. You can also easily see the status of an order and you can view and track the package tracking number.

4. Tracking & Trace

The DPD package is shipped insured and is scheduled for delivery on the following working day. Unfortunately it is not possible to select an exact time of delivery. It is, however, possible to have a package delivered to a Parcel Shop via the DPD website so that you can pick it up there yourself when it suits you. For up-to-date information about the status of your package you can click on the trace link on the DPD website for the status of the package. You can also change the delivery date via this link on the site of the selected carrier if necessary.

5. Complaints / Damage

If your received product is damaged, or if something is missing, please contact our customer service via e-mail immediately within 24 hours:
And, or also report this directly to the package delivery person so that we can solve this easily and quickly for you. We cannot file a complaint with the parcel service without notification.

6. Return

At Coolgods you have a trial period of 30 days from the time the order is delivered to you. Within these 30 days you can view and review the article but not use it intensively. If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you can return it. Sending the return is for your own account, we can send you a return label and deduct the costs of € 6.95 from the refund. Products that are returned must be provided with the enclosed return form. You will receive the return form by email with the order confirmation and can be downloaded via our website. You can also register your return online or on request we will send the form by email. Fill in the return form, the return number is your order number, put the form in the box and hand it in at the nearest DPD point or other carrier if you want to arrange it yourself. After return receipt, goods are checked for damage and / or other deviations. As soon as this process of 3 working days has gone through you will receive a confirmation email from us with the credit for your purchase. Thank you!
