WARRANTY & RETURN

1. Standard warranty

Products sold by Coolgods are supported by a standard factory warranty, unless stated otherwise. Products under factory warranty can be returned within one year after purchase date (is invoice date) for replacement with a new (or comparable) product.

2. Manufacturer’s warranty

In some cases, additional warranty is offered by the manufacturer. Coolgods guarantees products that are older than the “visibility guarantee” of 30 days for a factory warranty period of one year according to Dutch legislation. If you have problems with the purchased product, please contact customer service via e-mail: klantenservice@Coolgods.nl.

3. Returns

At Coolgods you have a trial period of 30 days from the time the order is delivered. Within these 30 days you can view and review the article but not use it intensively. If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you can return it. Sending the return is for your own account, we can send you a return label and deduct the costs of € 6.95 from the refund. Products that are returned must be provided with the enclosed return form. You can also register your return online or on request we will send the form by email. Fill in the return form, the return RMA number is your order number, put the form in the box and hand it in at the nearest DPD point or other carrier if you want to arrange it yourself. After return receipt, goods are checked for damage and / or other deviations. As soon as this process of 3 working days has gone through you will receive a confirmation email from us with the credit for your purchase.
